Alexander Bed and Breakfast provides a smoke free environment for guests, allowing smoking outside only.
Children are welcome in the Guest House and the Country Cottage.
We have two outdoor cats and dogs so for the harmony of all the animals we do not accept additional pets.

Service Fee.* One-night's prepaid lodging is required for reservations and may be made by cash, check, MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Discover. Business rates available Monday- Thursday. Special rates available for pastors, active military, policemen, firemen and extended-stays.

Cancellation Policy
Within 3 days of arrival date we regret that there are no refunds or credits for late arrivals, early departures or cancellations; guest is responsible for full value of entire reservation.

Group Reservations
We offer Group Rates for 16 guests or more; please call for a quote. Group Reservations require 25% deposit by check on the estimated total at the time the reservation is made plus a credit card to guarantee the remaining balance. Thirty-day cancellation notice is required for refund, less a $50.00 planning & handling fee. Guest is responsible for payment for the full value of the reservation if cancellation is less than 14 days prior to the event.

All rates are subject to a 6% hotel tax levied by the State of Texas and a 5% service charge.
