I-35 Route: Take I-35 north through Denton and in the town of Sanger turn Right on FM 455/Exit 478. Go East (Right) until you end at Hwy 377. Go North (left) on 377 through Pilot Point, Tioga and Collinsville. One mile past Collinsville turn left onto County Line Church Rd. (Our B&B Sign is on your Right). When County Line Church Rd. ends at West Line Rd. turn right & go 1.5 miles to Chaparral Rd. Turn Left on Chaparral going 1 mile until it dead-ends into our white pipe gate with our B&B sign. (The last part of Chaparral is a gravel county road.)

Dallas North Tollway Route:  Take Dallas North Tollway north until it ends at Hwy 380.  Turn west (left) on Hwy 380 for 11 miles where you will turn north (right) on Hwy 377. Go North (right) on 377 through Aubrey, Pilot Point, Tioga and Collinsville. One mile past Collinsville turn left onto County Line Church Rd. (Our B&B Sign is on your Right). When County Line Church Rd. ends at West Line Rd. turn right & go 1.5 miles to Chaparral Rd. Turn Left on Chaparral going 1 mile until it dead-ends into our white pipe gate with our B&B sign.  (The last part of Chaparral is a gravel county road.)

From Gainesville
From I-35, go east on Hwy 82 for 10.5 miles to County Road (CR) 107.  (CR 107 is 2 miles east of FM 678 which has a yellow blinking light and an overpass.) Turn South (right) on CR 107 and proceed 3 miles to CR 155.  Turn left (east) on CR 155 and continue 1 mile to CR 201 where you will turn right (south). Continue south on CR 201 for ¼ mile to our white pipe B&B gate & sign on your right.  (CR 155 & CR 201 are gravel county roads.)

From Sherman
Go west on Hwy 82 until the Whitesboro exit for Hwy 377/Exit 624. Travel south (left) 100 yards then turn right onto Business 377/Union St. Continue to downtown where there is a stoplight at Union & Main (aka Bus. 377 & Hwy 56). Travel one mile past the Downtown stoplight to West Line Rd. Turn right & travel 4.3 miles to Chaparral Rd. Turn right on Chaparral going one mile until it dead-ends at our white pipe gate with our B&B sign, just a jog to the left. (The last part of Chaparral is a gravel county road.)
